A Brand New Model for Leadership

In our Brand New Life series we have been looking at the Israelite exodus from Egypt in the book of Exodus.  This message comes from Exodus 18 where the model of shared leadership is brought to Moses attention by his Father-in-law, Jethro.  Shared leadership is the model for the Elders who were appointed by the Apostles in the book of Acts.  It is also the model of leadership here at Real Life.  During this message we are excited to have Corey introduce our very first Elder candidates and look forward to all that God will do through this new leadership structure - new to us anyway...
